From First Ideas to Finished Home
Some clients come to us with land and completed architectural plans. Others are still developing ideas, exploring land or deciding what is realistic for their property and budget.
We can work with your architect or designer, or provide in-house design services for clients who prefer a more integrated approach. Bringing design and construction together early helps address site considerations, budget, constructability, scheduling, and other important decisions before construction begins.
Building From Out of State
A large portion of our homes have been built for clients living out of state or managing the project from a distance. With that experience, we have developed a clear and consistent communication process that includes regular progress updates, photographs, video logs, and ongoing coordination throughout construction. Our goal is to make clients feel informed, involved, and connected to their home every step of the way — no matter where they are living.
