Considerations to see if DBC might be the right fit for your project?
1) Is your lot located within 15 minute drive of Salida? We do not currently offer construction services in Howard, Cotopaxi, Buena Vista
2. Are you interested in new home construction with a house of around 2500 SF or greater? (we do not offer remodel or ADU only/garage construction services at this time)
3. Are you passionate about building science, energy efficient homes and/or Passive Home Certification?
4. Would a 2026 year start time frame work for you?
